ROBERT H. GINDORF
It is very easy and also a privilege to say a few words about my association with American Equity Advisory Group and Chuck Oliver. Since our acquaintance began in January of 2006, I have had the opportunity to visit personally with Chuck in his Springfield, Ohio, office. It was a visit made when I was investigating ideas associated with the book
Missed Fortune 101. I was treated not as a client, but as a friend.
His office and personnel were open and personable to me. A trust developed from that beginning and has continued through today as my wife and I recently purchased an investment home in Louisville, Kentucky, and everything was handled through Chuck and his Orlando, Florida, office. I talked with him personally when I knew how he wanted to handle the purchase. He gave me additional information and had the person who set up the purchase in the office, hearing his direction, confirming my intentions, and the purchase was consummated successfully in December of last year.
Prior to that, he worked personally with me on the refinance of my home in London, Kentucky. He presented my Equity Assessment personally on the computer to my satisfaction. He even returned a call about a question I had while getting ready to board a flight. I was invited to speak openly to the folks he had in a meeting while in the Springfield office and again at a seminar in Columbus. He has demonstrated a trust quality that gives me every confidence to proceed with reprogramming my life's savings. We had a conference call discussion while I was on vacation with the author of the book, Missed Fortune 101, in which I talked freely, openly, and honestly.
My trust in Chuck and his team is firm and confident. They handle my every call and/or question with courtesy, expedience, and true professionalism. I am not a client, but a "team member" and I am realizing the benefits of our association every day. Trust in dealing with my life's work is imperative and I have that with American Equity Advisory Group.
